2. Information and Data We Collect from You and How We Collect It
The following information outlines the Data Safety collection practices that our games and apps collect based on their requirements for collection. We do not collect any information regarding the users precise location. We do not collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone, nor do we collect any information regarding ethnicity, gender, political affiliation, or any other detailed personal information.
Approximate location may be shared for the purpose of App functionality, Analytics, Advertising & Marketing, Fraud Prevention and Security as well as compliance.
The User ID is collected solely for the purpose of app functionality.
Purchase history is collected for Analytics, Advertising and Marketing. We do not collect any credit information other than purchase history.
App Activity is collected for Analytics, Advertising and marketing, Fraud Prevention and Security as well as compliance. This applies both to app interactions and other actions. We do not collect in-app search history, data on installed apps or any other user-generated content.
App info and performance under diagnostics is collected solely for the purpose of app functionality and analytics. We do not collect crash logs or any other app performance data other than described here.
Data on the device and other identifiers may be collected for the use of Advertising or marketing, analytics, app functionality and fraud prevention as well as security and compliance.

We use the following providers to serve contextual ads inside the apps. These ad networks are part of the Google Play and iTunes Appstore certified ad network program & are restricted from tracking users and serving behavioral ads. On iTunes Appstore, we have disabled IDFA and do not track any data on any of our users for games published under Cocatoo studios on the iTunes Appstore. The information is available and displayed on iTunes regarding our games which do not collect any personal data with IDFA disabled.
KIDOZ does not allow ad tracking according to their terms of service listed in the link provided. Unity ads follows COPPA guidelines and if a checkbox is enabled saying this game is targeted towards users under the age of 13, personalized ads are disabled. Admob displays contextual ads inside the game. This applies to games including, but not limited to School House Cleanup, Mermaid Glitter Cupcake Chef & additional games listed in stores.

Studio retains your personal data for as long as needed to provide you Services, unless we are required by law to delete or if Studio accepts your request to delete the information. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services.
